As a Technical Success Manager for ObservePoint, Aaron manages and provides consulting services to over 30 large enterprise clients (eg. Adobe, Honda, Charles Schwab). Aaron strategizes with these companies on how to implement a tagging plan and automate their quality assurance efforts. He also maintains software implementations with ObservePoint as a technical lead (eg. Slack, Jira, Microsoft Teams) and automates repetitive processes for clients using g-scripts and ObservePoint's API's.
