Nick Huang is the Manager, Business Intelligence and Online Commerce for Epson America, Inc. In his tenure at Epson, Nick has focused on standardizing data practice across the organization, developing a centralized analytics program to understand and improve customer experience, and creating cross-channel segments to optimize marketing efforts. Nick is also responsible for overseeing the e-commerce operations for Epson. Nick holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
